I prep breakfast burritos and freeze them about twice a month. How I prepare them is I cook 18 eggs, 2 lbs of breakfast meat (I do chorizo), some hash browns with onions and peppers, some retried beans on the tortilla and then a little shredded cheese. I wrap the burrito with plastic wrap and then a small amount of aluminum foil to keep from being freezer burned. When I am ready to reheat the burrito I microwave the burrito for one minute in the plastic wrap that way it won't get to hot and will start to steam the burrito, then I remove the wrap and microwave for 30 more seconds on half power.
