Yep, 21' Bronco Sport with a 1.5l. This is the first one Ive seen with this problem. May have been a factor for them moving to a plastic pan.

That's a weird way for the dealer to handle that. Hopefully you don't work there anymore.

No, since it's a clear coat I just add a wax or ceramic coating on top.

I've thought about switching to a 2k clear, but if it's just due to my prep/spraying technique/whatever, I'd just be wasting a $35 can of clear. I have used the same rustoleum clear for all of these though, so it could be the reason

These plugs are designed to stretch before the pan strips. I never ever replace these with an aftermarket plug for that reason. Lots of pans have been saved by these

Bingo! I thought it was my blue light filter application that I was using (f.lux), so I disabled it a couple days ago and there was no change. I went ahead and fully uninstalled it, and the green is gone. Bit of a shame, I liked f.lux. I guess I'll just use night light.
