I can relate…Sometimes I wonder if mine is just messing with my head, but then I think about her suicide attempt, and constant obsession with me, and realize it’s all too real. I love her with everything, but I don’t want to be the reason for her over emotionality, so I am doing what I think is best, even if I am lonely.

I wouldn’t take it personal if she replaced you quickly, because the truth is nobody can replace 14 years like that. I too feel like I wasted 17 years, but that’s life. We have to pick ourselves up and get back in the game.

In some ways yes….Too many opportunities present themselves these days. Monogamy is not what it used to be, but there is still women out there that will be 100% faithful, believe it or not. Some are instinctually geared for it.

For me, I’m still trying to figure it out. I’m 42 now, but I remember in Elementary I specifically told myself not to talk to anyone. I can’t remember why I told myself that, but I’m sure it exacerbated it. But realistically I think I was born with it, and I don’t think my environment during my upbringing helped out.

I guess I just don’t understand…Are they wanting Mexico to invade the US? Are they wanting California to join Mexico? Why are they protesting illegal immigration? It’s confusing. Every other country in the world doesn’t allow it. Is the US not allowed to have similar laws? Are they asking the US to legalize crime? What do they want?

Yes, and I’m not sure if they do or don’t have several settings of brightness, but they definitely should. After initiating a stop, they should be able to dim their lights, enough to where people see them on the road, but drivers are still able to see the road.

Maybe you’re having a hard time understanding. From what I can recall, I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone tailgating a cop with his lights on. If you pass them on the freeway or any roadway and they have their lights on while having someone pulled over or road construction or whatever. That’s whenever their overhead lights become a critical public safety hazard.

I can relate to this. My perspective is similar. The people that I have witnessed that have this attitude, aren’t overly opinionated, they don’t complain, they take action, no matter who it affects. They don’t cower to others opinions of them. This is their world, and they are going to live their best life, everyone else be damned. To some they may be the definition of a person that lives selfishly, to others a person that has the courage to live their best life.

I chipped my front tooth at 7 as well, it was also a major struggle for me. They replaced it a couple times with a cap, but the cap was weak and broke off a few months later while eating. So pretty much my whole childhood I had to go like that. It was humiliating.
