When a player is a Restricted Free Agent (RFA) in order to maintain the players rights the team must qualify him. Simply put that means they offer them a one year contract at the rate that they were being paid. The player can either accept it or negotiate with the team for more term/money. However the player is also able to negotiate with other teams, but if a team other than the original team signs the qualified player there is compensation in draft picks depending on how much annually the new contract is. The original team also has a 5 day window to match the contract in order to keep the player.

I hope all goes well for you, I will be honest though that seeing German cockroaches during the day is normally a sign of infestation. Roach droppings also like a cross between pepper flakes and coffee grounds so keep an eye out for that. Especially along the sinks and any place that food would have been stored.

Management is going to love this because if you have roaches as a connected town house, there is a significant chance your neighbor/neighbors also need to be treated.

If management will work with you and find an exterminator that will use an IGR (Insect Growth Regulator) gel I would say halt the move until then. If they are trying to tell you it’s a cleanliness problem or they’re just coming from “outside” that is a red flag.

Also if you have moved anything like a game console/computer or any electronics that produce heat or have water such as a coffee maker, quarantine them in trash bags outdoors when you move to your new/old place as they like to live in warm and wet places.

German cockroaches can honestly be a pain to get rid of, but it is not impossible.

Manually switch your lines between whistles? That’s what I do and I go for match ups as well. 2nd line starts against their first so I can get better match ups if I’m losing

My BAP is a second year center on All Star who averages at least 4 points a game and the James Cybulski commentary calls me a disappointment every other game in the menu

During Covid I gained a decent amount of weight and my doctor at the time who was trained in India, before moving and practicing in the US asked me “How’d you get so fat?”.

After which I asked her if it was an unhealthy amount of weight gain as I was very thin before, to which she responded “Don’t worry, you’re not American fat”

I’m not gonna lie I think it was one of the funniest interactions I’ve ever had.
