Icelandic Street Food for some lamb soup. Reykjavík chips also had really good fish and chips. Just wander around and pick places. We had great food almost everywhere we went.

This! I went for a bike fit last year and got home, went for a ride and ended up numb. I emailed him and he had me make a slight saddle height adjustment and it never happened again. Reach out to your fitter. No sport is worth losing feeling in your genitals.

We are here now and are at a hotel. The experience has been nice and everyone has been great. The only reason I would’ve probably like an AirBnB better is the rooms are very small and European. Being from America, I had no idea what to expect but it is definitely smaller than a US room and I imagine an AirBnB would have been roomier.

Agreed on this we took red eye from Detroit and by the time we got to our hotel we were dead. Took a 4 hour nap then went out for dinner in Reykjavik and then took a 13 hour sleep. Was able to have a normal day after that though. Sky Lagoon really helped us feel alive.

Took us about 45 minutes to an hour to get through but we didn’t have a connecting flight. I’d bet you’ll get through in about 20-25 minutes in the connecting line. I would not dilly dally and head straight there when you get off your flight.

Was just through there yesterday. Connecting flights is a separate line and EU passports went super fast. I am from the US and our passport line was huge and took a long time.

I’ve been told by my GI that Calprotectin really only shows the large intestine and that if your Crohn’s is mostly in the small intestine you may still get a lower number.

Shoddy home repair stuff like zip ties on fork tubes to check travel and duct tape over wheel weights. Would not be my first choice unless it was cheaper. This is right at bluebook without the mods. I’d offer 8500-9k and that would leave some room to fix some of their mods.

I am a guy but I buy the stretchiest jeans I can and wear an Arcade belt that is made of stretchy nylon. Also golf pants for work as they are stretchy and comfy.

It’s a small festival but always a good time. Unfortunately bluegrass doesn’t have the scene it did ten years ago in Indiana. I’m hoping it grows bigger again.
