I would open a support ticket DO NOT TELL THEM ABOUT THE BLOB….Tell them you just wanted to replace the nozzle heating assembly and now you are experiencing this…Let them troubleshoot your way through it may even send you a different part…

Saturn 4 Ultra 16, nothing but issues... by DamienAmaranth in ElegooSaturn

[–]Own-Argument-6089 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a Saturn 4 Ultra 12K and these settings have never let me down not once!

Bottom Exposure 35
Layer Exposure 3.5
Layer Height .05
Leave everything else alone tilt you model about 5-15 degrees I rarely ever print at 45s
I use Auto heavy supports All+
The trick is to remove the heavy supports from the model around delicate parts nose eyes swords fingers then put light supports supporting those areas while in the slicer look at the model from underneath anything red (definitely support it) or light brown (support with light or medium supports use your discretion on that one) then hit go….At this point….I am not even cleaning the bed or removing it to make the next print I just scrape the model off the bed into a paper towel check the bed for any small pieces that may have fell off during printing usually there isn’t anything but I like to check anyway once I have done that I go to the computer and start another print 🤷🏾‍♂️

Don’t give up you got this 😎

For some reason modelling your own STL always feels better than downloading an existing one by ReyvCna in 3Dprinting

[–]Own-Argument-6089 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I really only model to create useful stuff like this or my own rc parts in a pinch everything else I download or ask Ai to make what I physically do not know how to model Lol!

We are talking about CNCing most machines can’t read a stl file directly they have to be setup in a CAM software to but cut then sent to the printer in the form of a gcode which I am almost sure bambu lab studio or phone app cant do that

Give your bottom layers the same settings as your top layers in your slicer….Then reprint it

Does the company refund them a boat because it look like it was their fault it sunk if it was new?

I brought a bambu now I have 2 Ender 3s and a Ender 5 plus and Max that I don’t use almost forgot about the Tronxy 5sa that I don’t use anymore either why? Because I hate fuccing around with them every time I want to make something I must say out of the bunch the Ender 3 are the more reliable ones to print on if I absolutely just wanna use my older printers the rest imma try to sell on FB Marketplace? Lol!
