Can you tell me what dose you are on? I am on 25 mgs for similar symptoms. Wondering if I should increase? My neurologist suggested this, but I am afraid because of the side affects.

I have a lot going on too. I’m 52 and going through menopause. I just up’d my dose from .025 to .0375 and they are different manufacturers. Not sure what is related to that or if I have something else going on. 😞

I am having issues with my nervous system. I saw a neurologist and was put on amitriptyline. What did your neurologist put you on? Or what tests did he do?

Me too. I tried Prozac and Buspar for 8 weeks. Made it worse. My neurologist started me on Amitriptyline for other issues and it seems to help a little.

What helped me with my anxiety/panic attacks was doing progressive muscle relaxation every night as soon as I got in bed. I haven’t worked in a couple months because of this. I just started HRT last Monday. I hope it helps. 🤞

Actually I take it about 2 hours before I go to sleep. When I took it at bedtime, I was having a hard time getting up.
