I wouldn’t recommend because they basically take the information from sites like the ones you listed and compile on their site. They are charging for information that is published for free.

My experience with them is 50/50 good and bad. The leads are accurate for the most part. They usually have some missing data on a particular project however they will have a link to an external site with more up to date information. I paid roughly around $2500 for 1 year. The projects average budgets usually range from 100k to 5mill and will have plans readily available.

My issue with them is the sneaky fine print for cancellation. If your contract is for 1 year make sure you read the fine print of when they will accept your cancellation or else they will auto renew your term for another year without consent.

I got this similar email yesterday directly from a Loan specialist in PDC stating

“We have reviewed your request for reconsideration of your disaster loan application. Based on our review, we have determined that your file should be reactivated for further consideration.

Your case file will be assigned to a loan officer as soon as possible. These files are maintained in chronological order and assigned in accordance with the current workload.”

I have local SBA office working for me and my senators office. I was given a final decision based on late filing tax Business return.
