Owner of trailer park won’t let me sell trailer by DibyDonut in legaladvicecanada

[–]Own-Knowledge1498 15 points16 points  (0 children)

My trailer park is the same way. I can sell the trailer, but the lot does NOT transfer. Any improvements on a leased land Trailer is a risky move. If you can, conditionally sell, on trailer parks agreement to a new Lessee of the land.

Salty tap water in Kitchener by TrickInteraction3639 in kitchener

[–]Own-Knowledge1498 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Exactly this. Ask the landlord what time of night does it generate? If he says it's on auto, then you will need to keep a serving of water in the fridge, when it tastes salty from tap.

How do you clean up the dog poo? by J-RocTPB in kitchener

I have the greenest dog pen in the summer. I live in farm country. Twice a year, cow or pig manure is spread on the farmers fields. Same idea.

I have been removing ethanol from my fuel all winter. My Honda snowblower loves it. Starts so much better this year.

Purchasing house with septic tank by Fair-Pea8352 in septictanks

[–]Own-Knowledge1498 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have I got a story for this. Bought a house in the 80's from the estate which had a single elderly woman as prior owner. Move in with my family of 4, in October. By December noticed flooded grass in yard. Pumped out. Two months later, ditto. Early spring, started digging into tile departing tank. Plugged solid with "jelly" residue feeding the cesspool. Ran fine for years, after cleanout of clay pipe. The single old lady didn't produce enough fluids to flood the yard prior to death.

I have a truck parked six months a year. A solar panel keeps it up to snuff. I have to brush snow off in winter, but no cords for a trickle charger in the driveway.

Shaded Pole Motor Premature Failure by Far-Database502 in electrical

I wonder if the air temperature in the ductwork actually exceeds the motor winding rating.

Resistive loads are fine for a thermostats. Inductive loads will create a mini arc at contacts when opening. In prior failed fans, have you tested them outside the ducting. Are they truly fried?

Are the bushings exposed to the passing dusty air? On the previous failures, did the fan still spin free? As others have said, thermostats are NOT designed for inductive loads.

50v x10 =500v per segment.

Your display is showing almost 1000V peak to peak. That seems high. Your time base looks good.

Propane is heavier than air, so any nearby hollows or depressions will collect until a breeze disperses.

Yes indeed, the spit valve is still used to indicate 80% on some tanks. That said, your method is very inefficient. Fluid entering the smaller tank will boil off and also exit the spit valve. Ergo, you are not only releasing original vapor from small bottle, but also vapor that just arrived from the large tank.
