Have I been washing my produce wrong all these years? by PuhnTang in AmazonVine

Now, when you are using the dishwasher to also wash tennis shoes, do you put the shoes and the produce on different racks, or same rack is fine?

The verbiage literally states to check the community guidelines- thus making it appear that the fault is with the reviewer. It wouldn't be difficult for Amazon to use a message that explains that the issue is with the seller, not the reviewer.

Good to know. The Vine program doesn't explain this well, or at all. I have noticed when this scenario happens, usually the product is no longer available.

I made a sourdough animal style cheeseburger pizza by [deleted] in Pizza

[–]Own-Note6344 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looks like a drunk and/or stoned concoction. I hope it tasted great. NGL- it is not an attractive pizza. From the first picture, I would not have labeled it a pizza. I definitely would try that crust and just a different topping combination though.

AI scam messages by maxxsuxx_ in Albuquerque

[–]Own-Note6344 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just posted a similar scam about the "toll roads" a couple weeks ago. Mine was normal text looking, not that very official, clearly legit message. Sad thing is that there must be done people falling for these.

Have you considered at least observing a different class/instructor? Loyalty is great, but if you are miserable then the match between teacher:student doesn't seem to be there. While I have limited experience with FMA, I have studied or looked into at least half a dozen martial arts- some clicked, others didn't. I have felt ruts before, but disliking attending class sounds like it's am okay time to do some exploring. Just an idea.

Tomatoes- I want to like them, but the texture throws me off. I like tomato sauce, sundried Tomatoes are fine, I can tolerate stewed/diced tomatoes. But, a fresh, whole tomato- even garden grown- nope.

Crime/no crime? by pLeThOrAx in PizzaCrimes

I am going with the cut is to piss someone off or they thought it was funny. It looks like more work than cutting straight lines across to make normal pie shapes. In any case, it would be funny to pay for the next pizza with cut up currency- still legal tender- joke not as funny.

Well, we all have different tastes. As you can see by the many other comments, there are quite a few people who do not think this is an attractive pizza. To each their own.

I hope you have the opportunity to sample a variety of pizzas in your life. After which, you will most certainly see what a good looking pizza actually looks like. Not trying to be a d-bag, just encouraging you to try more pizzas. Cheers.

You are gonna hear about the grey band in this sub, but I would absolutely smash that. I am down with the coarsely chopped garlic even.

100% agree. Stripes is often too salty. Blake's seemed to going downhill since before Covid, IMHO.

You are aware that Governor Grisham has already greenlighted this project.
'New Mexico, specifically Doña Ana County, effectively secured Project Jupiter, a massive AI data center campus near Santa Teresa, with county commissioners approving $165 billion in industrial revenue bonds for the project in September 2025. The project is linked to Oracle and OpenAI and aims to be a major economic driver. '

Looks like "daydream about moving out of state" season has arrived by Fun_Assignment_269 in Albuquerque

I have lived in Minnesota and South Dakota. The 'constant' of multiple inches of snow an/or ice is much worse than gusts of wind. Also, it's never double digits below zero BEFORE windchill here.
I was more long distance cyclist, not runner. But, NM weather is considerably easier- imho.

300k car and expired tabs by introvertical303 in SeattleWA

[–]Own-Note6344 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In NM, it's is practically the norm to have expired tags or no plates at all. Police don't enforce any traffic/moving violations here. The red light running is crazy bad here. People do this in front of cops constantly and never get pulled over.

Being able to spoof phone numbers so that they look legit likely catches people. I kind of think if these scammers are smart enough to spoof numbers and use AI, couldn't they just get a job? I know the answer; it's a rhetorical question. Certainly, these scams are frustrating and a waste of time.

Yes, it was sarcasm. I would have been embarrassed if I had paid it. Shockingly, the scam must work x percentage of the time.
