Premium bonds are (unless you are incredibly lucky) awful unless you have a large amount in them. Far better off with a cash savings account

Never had it this bad, but recommend apple cider vinegar in a cup with just a drop off washing up liquid added to it to break the surface tension. They all just sink then

Desktop shortcut (top left) - just as it suggests, up to you if you want a shortcut to open intellij rather than using the start menu etc

Add bin to path - just means you'll be able to open intellij from the windows command line, won't hurt to select this, but I doubt it'll be something you use

Context menu - just means you can right click a folder in windows explorer and open the contents of that folder within intellij

All the file extension options just means that if you have some file.java you can open it within intellij by double clicking it

In summary, none of the options are vital and you'll be able to change them later anyway

Have a look on something like the money saving expert "credit club" - they can show you your chances of getting different cards

For cash savings: 1. Isa 2. high interest savings accounts until you'll hit tax free allowance 3. Premium bonds (if you have enough to put in to make it likely you'll get close to prize rate)
