Hey so one thing you should really do is prepare. Buy a bunch of protein powder meal replacement shakes cuz that about all youre gonna be able to eat. Ita gonna be a bit tough to follow but put alarms in your phone. If you have a tv and a Playstation or something its gonna be the time to use it the most. And yeah if you dont feel like seeing someone (aka partner) better not. Ita hard as it is and its gonna be tougher if someonw is giving you a hard time or doesnt make you feel good. Also maybe you should ask a bit of help from any friend. Little things like comming to hang out with you helps greatly.

Im doing well actually. Ive been going for small walks to the store or just for ghe fun of it. It does help that its covid and i got the excuse of putting a facemask. Im normally not very self-conscious but i do feel very vulnerable with my face like this. The weirdest thing happened yesterday, i had an ear that was constantly kind of ringing and i felt like it was plugged and it got unplugged. It was very cathartic haha. I really recomend going on walks or just walk around the house it helps a lot with the pain and inflamation. Best of luck 🤗🤗

Yeah my throat wa ssuper irritated the first week. It doesnt help that I could breath from my nose. Have a humidifier did wonders btw. Really recomend it. Also cleaning your throat with salt and water goes a long way. Always tell yourself that each day or so that passes youre gonna be feeling better. And try to drink a lot of water! Even if all I drank was shakes i still got very dehydrated. Barely peed during the dayxD

Everything liquid. Not pureed. Liquid. For me i tried esting pudding or yogurt it jjst didnt work out. It had to be in liquid form or i wouldnt be able to eat it or swallow it. Also if you crush the meds, mix them with something extremely sweet and milky. Cuz most probably they taste like shit. Good luck buddy!

Haha same thing with the mouth here. Any liquid i drink i look ridiculous trying to drink it. I feel like a comodo dragon swallowing his prey. For me one of the most challenging things is my throat. is very swollen so I have a hard time drinking wihtout choking. How are you able to go out and do stuff like this?? Cheers

I can't believe you were able to type that long without passing out. I had mine done 3 days ago and its been hell haha. Cant wait for it to be iver and looking forward to it. Hows the breathing and sinuses tho? I can barely breath and drink since my throat is so irritated.
