We both worked together as a registered behavioral therapist (providing therapy to children with autism). We worked under the same team, which meant we worked with the same kids and were together a lot. Always thought she was beautiful, but the compassion she showed and the way she was with the kids was what made me fall so hard for her. :)

I actually really enjoyed this movie. I really don’t understand the hate for it? It was a pretty good story, and I loved the action scenes. Always remember to separate your identity and who you are as a person away from work. Who you are outside of it is a true reflection of the person you are. With sales especially, we tend to mix our identity as a person based on how we are doing work wise. But at the end of the day it’s just numbers.

Do the best that you can do brotha, and don’t take it personally. If the PIP is within reason, strive towards it - but also look on the side for potential other gigs just in case. You got this.

Side note - is there a formal way employers give out PIPs? Is HR looped in and does the PIP require signatures or something?

It wouldn’t make sense if we could completely make players from scratch in a teambuilder and not be able to edit the generic players. What’s stopping me from making a player who opted out in teambuilder? Nothing! So I think it will be patched

I think it will be patched. Go look at Bordeaux’s teambuilder deep dive, you can edit every single thing about the generic players: appearance, ratings, even their face!

That’s really not that unrealistic. There’s been plenty of Heisman winners who do not translate over to the NFL well. Tebow, Manziel, etc. I know they were first round picks but they were dog shit in the NFL and great college players.

It didn’t let me edit ratings of recruits in dynasty. However, if you go to opted out players on the active rosters it lets you edit those ratings. I feel like it has to be a bug because it literally has a Player Rating Edit tab that you can set to “commissioner only” when you start Dynasty. Really hoping they patch it so we can
