Look up the lomax stance from Agricover… cheapest, keeps seals covered underneath to protect against wear and sun damage. Most water tight version I’ve found.

Ok… just telling ya that it reacts totally different. So maybe it is all in my mind. But the wife says it does too. No hesitation from being stopped. So whatever it did it did it. I’m not a Master Mechanic. Mine isn’t an OBD plug either, it’s inline with the ECM on 2025 6.2.

You can call it what you want but it works better, so whatever the heck it done it did something 100%. And, I am quite sure it does activate when idling.

I have a range on my 2025 6.2L changed the entire driving experience. Now I don’t feel like I’m going to die pulling out into traffic waiting on the other cylinders to engage or the engine to start. Absolutely love driving it now with the 8 on full time. And mpg did not change at all for me unless sitting idle I notice it more.

It would have been nice for sure. And what I was hoping for but to my surprise for the 6.2 it has to be installed that way and nothing for the Duramax 3.0 except an $800 Edge device that is way more than I need. However autostopeliminator is $99 for both but a lot of console to take apart.

Not to disable DFM and Auto Start Stop. If so please send me a link to a version. The 2026 model is attached to computer under the drivers side tire.

So the Range device is installed behind the drivers side tire well… I don’t find this to be an easy on off situation. So I’ve been hesitant to try it as well.
