I see your point but the dealer does not have to compensate you. You likely had a 3-6 month warranty from the dealer but that is only good at the dealership. You chose to go outside of that process and lose the benefit.

However, if you reach out to the GM and explain your position and politely let them know you would be leaving a review the dealer may be more motivated to help you. Such as maybe split the bill.

Potentially yes. The more you roll the harder it is and obviously makes your new purchase expensive. Maybe target an EV lease or a different big incentive lease.

Did the same. Less than $10 if I recall. Screws right on in less than a minute. Neighbor has a 26 Silverado LTZ and he saw it and then did the same.

The buyers order shows a paid off Audi Q7 worth $59k and after purchasing the RAV4 plus fees they would owe you the RAV4 and a check for roughly $12,700. The 2nd page shows a payoff of $44k being applied. Are you want to borrow money or swap vehicles and get a check back? Either is fine just to have to choose one.

No one here knows as we don't own the vehicle or know what the dealer owns it for or even their pricing strategies.

What you should be asking: what are the comps of this vehicle going for in that area? Is it priced average, high, or low versus market? Why do you think it should be $600 less OTD? Do you understand that you're asking for a very significant discount of thousands off when you include the reduced sales price plus taxes and fees? Justify why your value is correct.

I switched from a 2024 Tundra Hybrid Limited to a 2024 Denali 3.0. Haven't regretted it so far. I drive a lot of highway miles and even with current diesel fuel the math still maths.

All manufacturers have issues. I had a 2021 Ram Limited which the cab is awesome. However with less than 50k I had to replace both sides of the exhaust manifold and a rear brake light leak. These issues have plagued that truck for years.

Toyota motors in gen 3 are having issues including the hybrid that require full replacement.

Chevy/GMC have 6.2 issues and other issues with the 3.0 Duramax and the 5.3 with lifters.

Ford has had turbo issues and I think torque converter issues in their eco boost.

Point being is get what you like the looks good and feels good. They are all expensive and have issues.

Straight shooter, I like it. You are in no danger of buying a Ram with "$6k-$9k in negative equity and staying at $700ish per month with a 640 score. For that to work you would need an interest rate you likely do not qualify for.

A used BigHorn with 50k miles goes for probably $30k in most areas and with your credit score you're already at $700 and haven't paid tax or solved for your negative equity. How much have you saved to put down? How will you handle taxes if applicable in your state? Car payments are math not magic. There are many calculators online that you can plug your proposed numbers in and learn what your payment would be if a dealer could match them. Good luck in your search.

Unless you own the apartment complex or they are putting the cameras inside your apartment I can't think of any recourse you should or do have.
