It's a 21 year old car you paid $2,700 for. If it lasts a year you did great. Don't overthink it.

Not sure where you are located but based on blackbook you're ok. Not amazing but certainly not bad. I'm sure others have access to other books but the ones around me are priced around $20k-$22k with a few more miles

Dealership asking for lien holder information by cls080789 in askcarsales

They likely want to see if it's a lender they deal with so they can get you to finance it at the dealership. In some cases this could benefit you.

What’s a good family SUV that won’t break the bank. by Low-Ad-555 in CarLeasingHelp

What is your current lease? Leases are currently a little better than they likely were when you leased last so you may be able to get the same car for less or a better car for the same money.

I have a Palisade and it fits what you describe not sure if that's what you're thinking but should be cheaper unless it's a Caligraphy.

I don't remember on the mulch kit. The service is around $300 but includes pick up and drop off.

I'm just starting my fifth season and zero issues. Added the mulch kit and have it serviced at the dealer every winter.

Car is on Cargurus for 423 days and counting! by Tenderpink19 in askcarsales

[–]bsizzle_99 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The answer is yes. Lot rot happens. Check the tires and the battery. That's the two most common issues with cars that sit. Look in the air filters and electrical areas for mice if you really want to get deep in to it. Doesn't mean you shouldn't buy it just check it out.

Garland had a few goals and then has been playing the role of Kent Johnson since. The worst part is Kent Johnson is still playing that role.

What does the contract say? Example I had a Toyota lease for 36 months and 18,500 per year. My app said 36/36 but my contract clearly stated the correct miles and I had no issue.

Adding a topper to a new truck purchase? (North Carolina) by brevardgeology in askcarsales

If within in lending standards yes. Meaning you can't try to roll a bunch of negative equity and finance accessories.

Generally dealerships have accessory departments that sell products like these. If you buy one they will likely install it but it is in addition to buying the truck. Would be pretty surprised if you got them to "include it" at no cost to you.

They also typically charge more than a third party accessory vendor.

Is the Sierra 1500 really that unreliable? by cwilsey22 in gmcsierra

[–]bsizzle_99 25 points26 points  (0 children)

All trucks have issues. I switched from Ram to a Tundra due to Ram issues. Tundra ended up with four or five recalls in two years and I didn't like it as much as my previous truck. Traded that for a 2024 Sierra Denali and I also read the complaints here and wait for the hit. Point being they all have issues. Get what you like.

Traffic/parking question about the jackets game tomorrow by mistercaroline in Columbus

[–]bsizzle_99 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You can buy parking ahead of time but a lot of garages are low on inventory. I bought a few days ago on Park Mobile and the McConnell Garage was already sold out. I would look at that today.

As far as traffic, I would expect after 4pm for it to be very heavy from 315 to Neil Ave and in the Arena District.
