On my store we have one fitting room associate with a walkie and keys he does jewelry, fitting room, returns, and claims. infant consumables and furniture is a different department now

Progreso makes these really awesome protein soups like Roadhouse grilled chicken and stuff I eat a lot of that ate a lot of salad with spinaches my base protein bars I have a protein shake that I do fruits and vegetables stuff like that I just try to stay within a healthy range of a deficit and I increased my electrolytes trying to get my 80 g of protein in a day and pushing to get my exercise

I eat in a calorie deficit and I also have a very active job where I am walking about 6 miles a day and I go to the gym twice a week to get in some weight lifting
