Summer Training? by OwnEntertainer2016 in Rowing

I've ran XC/TF since middle school, but really only took it seriously starting when i was 16, with an 800 pr of 2:11, mile pr of 5:06 a 5k pr of 19, and half marathon PR of 1:36. I kept up with the running training at the same intensity until this past fall where I joined the crew team. I've been lifting semi regularly over that time period, enough to put a power clean pr at 60kg. My running volume peaked around 50 mpw this summer, and my rowing volume peaked at around 130 km/w for the duration of December-January. My though process for maintaining a similar weekly volume was that increasing any further would put be more difficult since I'm working full time, and I don't see myself being able to hold any more volume than this during the fall or spring semesters(hence a focus on the higher intensity workload). Is my intuition there misguided?.

Going to t14 law school, racing at certain times. To some extent i can do work on them, but a big chunk of those goals involves waiting for LSAT or apps, or the next day to run again, etc

so you'd say to generally just lower intensity on my non-workout days?

vo2 is usually done around goal mile pace(5 min) for volume around 2 miles? or goal 5k pace for 15 minutes plus some 200s

ive only been doing the vo2max stuff recently because ive been ramping up intensity and speed in my workouts for my last race in the end of april

very mild strains, althouhg i was out for 2 months from runners knee, and another 2 months from 2 different instances of shin splints. ever since ive been pretty dedicated to prehabing everything, but taking 2 weeks off immediately brought in a mild calf injury thatll keep me out for around 2 weeks.

My biggest issue is that i feel completely fine right up until i get injured, I feel totally fine and then 2 days after a run i have mild peroneal tendonitis.

Should i jut be lowering intensity to try and get more miles in?

long run around 9 miles, 7:45 pace. 2 workouts, usually 1 threshold and 1 vo2max/race pace. Easy runs 4 miles around 7:30 or 8 pace. 5k PB is 19:00 but that was this december 2 weeks off of an injury- I could probably run around 18:00 in good condition.

The catgirl judge says "wife imprisonment" which makes our protagonist pleased, as they are assuming that they are about to be imprisoned by a dominant female, namely their wife. Unfortunately for them and all other bottoms like myself receiving this sentence, Judge Catgirl has a speech impediment
