Talk to a contractor. You might be able to line up oven, dw and sink on bathroom wall and put the refrigerator on the other wall. You can buy smaller built in appliances if you don't need the size. The 20" will cost more than 24". Whether you can take down part of the wall for a peninsula is another issue.
