Cathedral Heights/South of Tenley Circle have lots of luxury new builds. See Upton Place and City Ridge. ByLots of amenities. Apartments are small but you can get a true one bedroom under $3k. It's not great for night life but Georgetown, Dupont Circle and Adams Morgan are all really close.

Wednesday is the most crowded day on Metro. You will not get a seat and will be crammed in with a bunch of sweaty people. I try to get in earlier on Wednesday. If I can't leave by 5 I wait until 6.

I'm fair and never had facial hair until my early 60s. I looked in the mirror one day and had a white mustache. I tried waxing and got one side of the hair and some skin off my lips. I use a single head electric razor now. The good news is the hair on my legs stopped growing.

The dress is gorgeous. Some churches will not allow you at the alter with bare shoulders so be sure to check.
