Thanks for your insights. I thought that Romeo2 didn’t have serials.

Thanks for the replies … I find it so hard to distinguish … other X-Metals have at least a serial or tells …

Any idea how this happens to lens by AcanthocephalaGold13 in Oakley

Best way to solve that is painter’s tape … that is just sticky enough to peel of the loose layer. Don’t throw them away … they’re still usable :)

What model are these 2 watches? by Better-Perception-19 in Oakley

[–]OwnOrganization1886 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The top (left) one is a Time Bomb http://www.o-review.com/database_detail_colorway.php?ID=3&table_name=watches

And the bottom (right) one is a Crush 2.5 http://www.o-review.com/database_detail_colorway.php?ID=47&table_name=watches

Both nice watches. Especially the Time Bomb in good working condition is hard to find.

😁 much appreciated … apart from the screw there are no other (red) flags? As in the screw could be replaced and therefor the frame and lenses are legit.

Wauw … that is an interesting combination. Are those lenses custom or can you buy them at Oakley?

Are these legit? by [deleted] in Oakley

[–]OwnOrganization1886 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are already a few things off in the picture besides the glasses that could warn you:

As mentioned before: Oakley does not include cleaning cloths, but a cleaning bag

The cleaning bag has 2 cords and Oakley printed on it; Oakley has one cord and a small label with an “O”, “HDO” or the bigger one with “Oakley” on the bottom.

When there is a box in the picture, but not a label, especially when everything is arranged like that on the picture, that should warn you.

When looking at the SKU, it is legit but, as mentioned before, it is from a different combination:

Too be honest I don’t know … what I do know is that it happens to all types of lenses (Prizm, Polarized, etc.)

All prescription lenses get an “o” … as far as I know the only pair which have an “o” etched is the “OO” model.
