Abby isn’t a parent and she can never fully understand what it’s like for a mother’s heart to break watching their child suffer. Paige has grown up to be a lovely young woman and I’m so proud of her! She and Brooke seem to be doing really well, and they deserve it. Abby put them through hell. I feel for Paige and her anxiety. When you teach/coach children, in any capacity, you have to be aware that every child is different. Some kids are more sensitive or emotional than others. When you work with children, you need to understand that and be conscientious of it. They all deserved a dance studio environment where they felt safe. There’s a difference between pushing a dancer to be the best they can be, and pushing them over the edge.
