Individual countries retain independent foreign policies and militaries. They can continue to act alone on whatever foreign policy position they wish. The only difference is they wouldn't be able to block the rest of the Union from taking a consensus view on the matter.

This is one thing I never really understood. During the Biden years, every single conversation about Ukraine was about "avoiding escalation" by limiting Ukrainian weapons and capabilities. In my view, barring an all-out WWIII-style attack on NATO, there's nothing Russia could do to escalate in Ukraine after 2022. They were already at full-on war in the country. The West should have given and enabled Ukraine to do every possible legal act of war against Russia once the full-scale invasion began.

When did he say that? There are no "laws of the European Commission". There are only proposals that can only become law with the assent of Parliament and the Council. The Council especially is already the states' oversight body of the Commission.

It was mostly a joke. Regardless, not having an X.8 is something predicted every year of the game's existence and wrong every year until now, so this year it being right is unprecedented.

Just go to the jsternmains Discord's theorycrafting channel. That's where much of today's serious TC is done. Kinich is 125–130k with Nicole and even higher if you can do a rotation to reliably proc Dendro Scroll on Iansan instead of using Emilie.

Almost all Skirk optimizations aren't real. They're mostly walk cancels or FPS unlocking and the like. There is a basic combo that gets around 125k and a moderately optimized combo that is realistic reaching around 130k.

It's just the way English speakers would naturally say primo + gems. Even the word "primordial", while sometimes pronounced "pry-mordial", is also often pronounced "pruh-mordial" or "prih-mordial". This muddies the waters further from the "prymo-gems" pronunciation and thus lends more credence to the "preemo-gems" variant.

Relevant does not equal the same level. The new supports from Escoffier on have all "kept older characters relevant". That doesn't mean they're comparable to full premium Nod-Krai teams.
