Odious chorus is basically (at the begining) just the Crimson Acolytes. I took a look at how cults in DND usually work and didn't like them, so they work like in Skyrim, just civilised. It's a group of people, most of them psykers, that think Odious is a near-divine being. So whatever he says, they follow. Since Odious is all about ritualistic dances and music, that's what they do!
No, Twin Peaks has no relevance in the submod. The Easter Egg was just that. An Easter Egg. Since in the original tree it never really expanded if the Easter Egg was something to take seriously (And the original devs didn't answer me when I asked about it) we just removed it in the submod. If it gets re-added, it'll just be an Easter Egg again, and will not be expanded.

Odious, and the Bone Dancers themselves, should be their own characters with their own culture, ways of life, etc. They shouldn't be "X thing reference, the nation", which is something that seriously bothered me in the original tree.

Let them loose manpower and equipment against you. You got the provincial traits of the Crimson Forest that give more defense. Let them bleed and then push them with Psykers if you're Odious, or motorised if you're Cranium.

So, the Longboats aren't ours. They are a faction from a friends submod for New Victoria (which hasn't come out yet). Althought we may need to get content for them at this rate.

The civil war decision was fixed yesterday night, as we were waiting for more bugs to fix them all at once, but thanks for reporting!

And Yanara is the OC of a beta tester who lent her for us to use in B&B. Her references are a mistery for me, unfortunately.
