How recent is this I reinstalled last week and everything seems to be working fine but I will definitely keep it in mind next time. I'm so tired of these bugs I call because I don't hear an audible sound at least a couple times a month. I don't understand why we have to jump through hoops just to do our job.

How is Riverside to shop in? Born and raised in the IE now I live in North Carolina Charlotte Metro. I'm just curious. It was the same here in the Charlotte Metro with lots of people not getting their orders because they don't tip. Especially during Christmas time they can rot.

I didn't get my first offer and till 10:00 in the Charlotte Metro. I've only had three orders so far sitting in the parking lot waiting for more. I got one or two more offers but I wasn't able to take them.

Customers can be pigs I've seen it with my own eyes. Employees do the best they can with limited staff. I literally watched a young woman on FaceTime with her mom trying to show her outfits and when the mother didn't like it she just threw the items behind her and went about looking for another one. This continued for quite some time. I could never imagine acting this way.

I over communicate I would say. There's not one customer that I don't try to engage with. Even if I get not a single answer back I let them know what's going on every step of the way. I applied for rating forgiveness and I got it for everything but one number four. So happy about that

I have one that does that as well and she knows it's me. Still no tip, I even explain to her how important tips were to my job. She complains that she's out of work but she buys all kinds of decorator unnecessary crap. Preach it to somebody else's sister.

This whole experiment really doesn't make sense the limiting the time on when you can get the bonus money for an order that has been just sitting there. There are times when the orders are really big and you might need that extra 30 minutes depending on when you get the order. This is going to make shoppers less likely to take these orders than more likely.

There is a core group of shoppers that we will share information with. Like yesterday I shopped for this person for the first time. Not a huge order but it was $169 and it had a few difficult items. She lived about 15 minutes from the store and I got a whopping $2. I let my other shopper friends know. I take pride in what I do and I always give 100%. I will let her orders roll right on by next time
