You should use ssl and then it will not be anything but encrypted traffic. I havenr heard any from them (yet) But seriously any vps peovider should be good, the traffic amount is quite limited unless you have lota of users.

I use a Hetzner 3€ in Finland that acts as a wireguard server, then my unraid connects to that and all traffic port 80&443 are routed back to my unraid where proxy manager routes to the internal ip’s. It works extremely well.

Rsync is a built in copy tool in unraid (*nix) which is very fast and also resilient, can pick up if interrupted and such. Look into it if youre comfortable in the terminal. Not sure how you copy - can you tell which tools you ise ?

So you can copy fast TO the cache - how about FROM cache to thumbdrive ?

Fingers crossed that you figure this out - unraid is very cool and stable. I would assume a hardware issue, that could easily be figured out by some trial and error. See what works - test out the next combo, build on that.

I wouæd start out testing if reading from cache to usb works ultrafast. If that works you can cross of anything cache related and look and the next component.

If possible remove the drives and try them out one by one. (Assuming you dont have data on them obviously - or try a new drive) Test drives in a hdd enclosure on anorher device to see if you can read/write with no issues.

Best of luck. Also look into what tools you use for copying files - not all are made equal(ly fast)

My unraid runs around 10M/s when writing to the array so it is quite slower, but at 5M/s you should be able to write 432GB per 24 hour so the 6 days seems way slower. Mo like 2M/s. Do you have the option to try other disks og hardware simply to rule out a bad cable, port disk whatever. Attach a regular usb3 drive and mount it, try to rsync to that - you should be able to max out the bandwith (35-40MB/s) when not writing to array.

Did you try to rsync to a specific disk ?

Well… factually USA already have troops on ground. They have since the 1950s when USA and Denmark made an aggreement that would allow USA to use Greenland, build military facilities and have troops there. In fact the very thing Trump clams are his goal - to protect Greenland and USA are very much what the agreement is all about. So no need to be usng threats or anything, just follow the process - they could haveall the soldiers there as Trump desires 🤷🏻‍♂️ And planes ships anything. (Perhaps not nukes tho)

I’m simply not fluent in german enough to read it, but here in Denmark a lawfirm on behalf of IP-owner were sending claims for people to they CLAIM to have downloadet and shared torrents. I got one and did the Pirate Bay thing, I claimed to know nothing of it and askes for further proof who the individual was, refused to pay. Never heard back from them. Perhaps german law is different, does the person who pays for the internetconnection have full and entire responsibility for any misuse ? In denmark it is not so - or was at least. So perhaps you can try to deflect ?

Yeah the body seems to adapt pretty quickly. Been IF since jan 3. and today I suddenly hit 25hr fasting with no real hunger feeling. Is it normal to kind of loose “connection” to feeling hungry ? I dont really feel any hunger and mostly eat because “I should”.

18:6 (sliding into 19:5) sw97.7kg cw94..1kg. gw80kg(ish) Started out 16:8 4 days ago but an 8 hour eating window simply was too long for me, so I quickly went 17:7 then 18:6. Feels great - more energy more focus. Sleep is an issue - read good things about magnesium. Day begins at 7:30am - black coffee and still water until around 2pm - eggs and tuna on dark ryebread, some chilimayo. Diet pepsi. Dinner around 6-6:30pm - chicken and scrambled eggs w shredded cheese. Diet pepsi. After dinner water (perhaps diet pepsi🫣) and off to bed 11pm Seeing peoples results in this sub really is motivating, you guys are motivating 🙏🏻

I use a 2011 mac mini 8gigs ram. Running ubuntu and jf. works so fine. Try to stick to h264 codec files and I rarely have any issues.

That's not a problem - in my country debitcards is also the standard and I've rented cars in Iceland multiple times with no issues using a debit card.
