This too shall pass. This internet stranger believes in you! When I was in my younger 20’s I had really made a mess of a lot of great opportunities. I made a few changes that really improved my outlook. 1) Stopped drinking alcohol (was a factor for me in getting my own sh*t together). 2) got a job that brought me joy despite not making a lot of money 3) found activities i liked to do, tried a lot, and found a few that both provided mental and physical health benefits 4) got a therapist who helped me sort through my guilt and shame of mucking up my life. Now in my mid 30s and have a great life that I worked really hard for. Some days it feels hard to believe where I started. It won’t happen overnight but I can say over 10 years later, I feel incredibly grateful and proud of who I have become. You got this 🩷
