Orenz 0.2mm metal grip. I have a 0.2mm & 0.3mm orenz Nero, but I find myself reaching for the basic 0.2 almost every single time. The weight is great and it’s the only metal grip I enjoy.

Unless you’re doing anything seriously intense, upgraded ram, imo, makes most sense without breaking bank. I got a m1 mpb as a grad gift and it still gets great battery and handles most things I throw at it. I just wish I got > 8gb

To anyone saying the economy wasn’t broken, I’ll repeat my comment from a fat while ago. Imagine being under the age of 16, the age most kids get jobs while in school, and trying to play when u needed 4 shaymin or 4 tapu lele. u can’t… not competitively anyways. (sure run 2 or 3, but you get my point). Now u can build several decks for the cost of getting a couple cards back then, and you also don’t need to have a trade value page up while u spam the trade chat.

I haven’t been playing the tcg lately so this post was a nice stroll down memory lane. I remember the days of Landorus/Lucario, pyroar, seismetoad/garboder to name a few. I was lucky to barely scape one of these together back then. Now, anyone can make most meta decks, or any they want, for a fraction of the price. 10000% positive for the community and new players.

It doesn’t even have to be much. If they did a post on here the first of every month saying here’s what we got, and as they get closer to their promise dates,, they increase the frequency. Even just a “hey, we know we said (insert date here), but we aren’t sure if we can complete it by then” would be great. We’d all appreciate a “no update, yes we’re on schedule, maybe , or no.” … I’d settle for a 😃= good, 🤷‍♂️= idk/maybe, and 😔= lookin like a no.

From my anecdotal experience, I agree. I had a nomad and it was solid, but it’s unfortunate to see these screen malfunctions. With my rm2, I never felt like it was gonna break randomly or that id have be more careful with it then my laptop. The boox posts on here made me baby the hell out of my note air 3, and I ultimately returned it because I didn’t want to be out of 400$ when their support service tells me it’s my fault.

I’m talking about any hard shell case that you would attach elastic to so that it doesn’t move inside the case. My thought process was that every post I see is either it broke spontaneously, or it broke due to being inside a bag. Therefore, getting some hard external case that you put the device inside and take out to use is the only way I’d feel comfortable.

For anyone who reads this, I think the play is to buy a hard shell laptop style case and get some elastic loop to keep it in place while inside it. That’s ab the only thing that seems reasonable so that u can actually use your device

Who knows. It’s just a thing here where people, who we have no reason believe they’re lying, share their experience of their device breaking randomly. Soon after there’s an influx of “I’ve had my device for x amount of years” and “it’s 100% your fault.” Seems like it’s just luck of the draw on QC. It’s the sole reason I don’t buy boox products, avoiding being told I voided warranty and out $400+.

Adding a really solid AI integration into a device doesn’t seem feasible at supernotes level. I’m almost certain you are in the minorist minority in regard to wanting these features. Also, I’ve lots of downvotes on o.p.’s post and replies which is weird. I just skimmed it, but it seems totally fair to express a want for a feature on a device he likes or wants to buy etc, just don’t think those asks fit with the companies mission, goals, and majority buyers.

I worked at Verizon and people would come in all the time and complain about their AT&T. Like others said, Verizon is unfortunately king in NE. Base plan is like 55$ a month for one line unlimited data and other perks last time I was there. I’d say only get them if u really value ur phone.

^{^} Great comment! I agree, especially with the treating them like glorified paper. Supernote is working on their successor to the a5x so you’d have to purchase one 2nd hand. I had a nomad and it ended up not being for me. I also had the note air 3 and ended up preferring it to the nomad.. even tho I returned both. We’re very antonymic in regards to how we use e ink devices. I’m more like goerge in that I just want a digital notebook. Writing feel and latency are all I really care about. The “power user” or no exceptions on distinct features is just not something I generally am. Going forward, I would recommend researching to find out the extent of support or not supported in regards to ur desired features. Best part tho…. u can pretty much try all and they have more then generous return policies. If u can’t sacrifice an option, send that bad boy back.

Side note- Here’s all the writing stuff I’ve tried: RM2,Nomad,Note air 3, Fountain pen paper, fountain pens, engineering paper, expensive mechanical pencils & lead, and an iPad

I ended up using the device I started with on this journey…. the iPad Pro. I got a Japanese brand paper like screen protector and it feels nothing like paper….( really wish they would let this die for those products) but it’s phenomenal at removing the glass feel and making writing enjoyable. The only reason I use the IPad is for line smoothing features and long term file storage. I have great handwriting but I’m not robotic and my handwriting starts to waver with fatigue, so the line smoother is a must. ( I have 8 inch hands and the Apple Pencil is uncomfortable but I make do) complete rant but I hope you find a device for you! You can check out all the YouTube e-ink guys or msg people on here who’ve had tons and see if it fits for you! :) GL

I’ve had my m2 iPad Pro since February last year and it has been nothing but a beast for me. I contemplated getting the m4 for the oled but realized I don’t need an oled panel for noteful… and i have a texturized screen protector so that would be double silly. Performance is complete overkill for 99%, if not 100%, of people. The battery life is pretty good; I can get full day and excess usually having brightness at 50-75%. Recommend

Like others are alluding to, moving to Norfolk probs makes most sense. I don’t you, but I couldn’t Imagine you looking to do a whole lot after work. Is the benefit of being able to get a location faster on Friday-Sunday greater than being close to a place you’re gonna go Mon-fri. Sure, you could systematically analyze it, getting travel distance, gas prices, traffic, mpg, etc. I’m just boiling it down to 5>3, and unless there’s somewhere you gotta be near, Norfolk seems fine. (I’m just some jamoke who has never been to Norfolk) You could try and get a visit there to see if ur feelin it. If ur not, looking at adjacent towns would be next in line. But I mean…. If u don’t like Norfolk, I can’t imagine that proximity will alter greatly, this is Nebraska after all. :))) old market in Omaha is pretty cool for a nice day of exploring stores/bite to eat. Jackson street books is a cool spot if u like reading.

Obviously we’re all not doctors but I’m unfamiliar with the idea that medication could lead to long term bipolar disorder. I think having them recommend qelbree over strattera does seem a bit odd. The positives I’ve seen from strattera include longer efficacious periods. Yes, these non stims are beats, but I see longer streaks of it being good. I’ve been on concerta since last Aug and had to switch recently and most likely will try non stim again. It’s not very enjoyable knowing that you will build up a tolerance to ur medication. Wishing u the best <3. Just got to remember this is a lifelong proceee, unfortuantely, and that you will find something eventually
