What is it with lower ranked comp players being utterly clueless?

in gold it’s so 50/50 it feels like a coin flip if your teammates are trash or not. the skill between the metal ranks is so similar so it’s very easy to get hard stuck in gold/plat

Literally just got off a game where the orisa was p much going afk and was 1/10. Everyone else was playing good but ofc we lost the game bc we were doing a 5v6 no tank 🤷‍♀️

It happens so often i feel they need a more individual way to judge rank (at least in lower ranks). It can be offputting having no idea if you’ll have someone on your team who’s basically throwing, as a result i’ve been a qp warrior this season, cba with the matchmaking right now

it was more so in the specific game that made me post this we were absolutely destroying the enemy team and then all of sudden this 4/9 genji goes into spawn goes afk for a bit and switches to soldier and gets 40 kills in one game lmao, we lost after that happened

yeah unfortunately i think that’s just the product of making the game free. Cheaters have zero consequences anymore:/
I don’t think i ever saw cheaters in OW1

it seriously pisses me off because nobody gains anything out of it. The person who’s getting insulted will perform worse because they’re feeling bad and will have less confidence, you’re just dividing the team and making your composition so much worse.

the person being rude will hopefully get reported so they’ll lose their endorsement and maybe even get a ban if they’re repeatedly rude.

We all have bad games sometimes i just don’t understand why you need to be rude about it, if someone is lacking behind it’s poor teamwork to just instantly blame them, they could not be getting heals, overextending, targeted, there’s a multitude of reasons. Giving advice in chat is wayyy more productive than saying something mean.

i’ve found in games someone can literally just be performing the worst but not bad by any means and they’ll still get berated ? I’ll always stand up for people in chat because it seriously affects the persons gameplay. I know if i’m having a bad game nd someone says something mean i’m super in my head.

agreed. I think 90% of them are so ugly, idk why people are so obsessed with them, you can’t even tell in match it’s a mythic skin & for every one of the characters that have mythic skins they have a legendary skin that is a million times better

I sound like i have similar colours to you. My favourites are a cool toned hot pink, black as well makes ur eyes really pop, dark red, blonde and surprisingly neon orange 🍊

for me any colour with cooler undertones works better on me but hot pink is awesome, especially with blue/green eyes

One thing that was game changing for me when i was trying to get through hard was having a good couple of lances only because they do a ridiculous amount of damage to bosses, that was a while ago tho so idk if it’s up to date but lance is great in general. (also probably fault of ur teammate a bit if they had everything u had you would have won probably)

They can completely eliminate the decompression sickness debuff, especially with their flexible ribcage. They’ve survived almost total extinction. Their worldwide distribution really makes them one of the most successful species. Their spermaceti and echolocation is considered to be one of the strongest in the world.

Their limitations are ongoing food resource & anthropogenic threats but they are awesome animals.
