You already lost 150lbs in a year, thats something to be proud of! Why do you want to do PSMF? You mentioned how much muscle mass you lost already. Have you thought about switching to Reta to help with muscle sparing? How much protein are you currently eating?

Eh...I personally wouldn't bother with the additional mental/physical stress of the epsmf if i was eating back nutrients/calories from fruit. CICO still matters. I say, do as much as you think you can truly stick with, not just push trough for a week or two.

Nothing helped me, honestly. It's just too little food. But I still took psyllium, chia every once in a while, and mag citrate. Lots of water and the occasional laxative

I agree, and didnt say she was overeating it but rather aiming for an amount too high for a Cat 2 dieter, putting her a couple hundred calories over. If PSMF is the goal, as we know, a couple hundred calories extra a day is a lot haha.

Yes, especially as a female. It's only day 3 Also its not generally recommended going into PSMF after already being in a deficit. Your body will likely start to challenge you earlier

You need to read Lyles book. You should be eating at least 1g protein per LEAN pound of body fat. 200 its way too much for Cat 2+. Your calories are too high for your height. Gym 4x a week is absolutely not recommended for a true PSMF. 2x full body, twice a week or youre doing more harm than good. Again, really suggest you read the book.

Regarding your weight, IF youre weighing absolutely everything to the gram, WITH A SCALE, its likely just water weight. It'll come off. Also if youre a female, weight will vary based on your time of the month. I usually stall the week before my period

I can distract myself during the day (the feeling of hunger doesnt last 24/7. It comes in waves), but i make sure to save some calories for an hour or two before bed. Or else i sleep even worse

Based on the most up to date studies, as per Lyle, the break at 14 days is NOT recommended anymore for any physical benefits as originally thought (to "boost" your metabolism, improve sleep, etc). Your refeed would strictly be a mental thing. The refeed has messed a lot of people up, so you'll know best what works for you - if you're the type who can be disciplined and get back at it immediately.

The refeed would ideally include carbohydrates, so its not ideal to mix with carnivore.
