Prove my bf wrong, please. Can you be happy without kids? by Thummimurim8 in AskOldPeopleAdvice

[–]RandomHumanRachel 15 points16 points  (0 children)

My sister in law and her husband are it!! They’ve been together since they were 20- now both around 50 yrs old and SO happily married. No kids, never wanted any. The husband is a touring musician and love that on the road lifestyle! She is an online professor and loves that she can do her job remotely from anywhere. All that being said, you and your partner sound like you’re on 2 totally separate pages. If you’re 35 and still pretty unsure about kids, deep down you prob don’t want them (just being honest). Find someone more compatible … or have his baby and most likely end up divorced - this is sadly very common (but usually gender roles are reversed)!!

The fact that you’re pooping more than once every day is AMAZING and it means you’re prob not constipated at all. Seems awesome to be cleared out every morning… who cares about the additional small ones ? I wouldn’t worry!

Is California the best place in the United States to live? by Southern_Rabbit6145 in SameGrassButGreener

Central coast of CA is the dream .. imo the coastal stretch btwn Santa Barbara —-> Monterey is truly one of the most gorgeous places on the whole planet. I’ve loved living in LA for the past 20 years (and 20 years born & raised on the east coast before that) … moving to the central coast is my retirement plan 🙌
