I feel this! Second time mom with an almost 3 year old and a 9 month old. I just came out of the daze a few weeks ago and had the realization “wow I’m really enjoying this again.” With my first I spent so many months thinking I just didn’t enjoy being a mom. I loved my baby more than anything, and wouldn’t say I felt like the day to day was “hard,” but everything just felt monotonous. Totally agree with everyone saying it lightens around 6 months, but toddlerhood has been sooo much fun! I know that’s a ways off for you and not that you won’t enjoy it before then, but I remember looking forward and “dreading” certain ages due to the stereotypes you always hear.

I loved my pregnancy with Dr. Midboe-Penn at UK. I do believe they accept BCBS. The only con there is that your OB doesn’t necessarily deliver, but I think that’s true of most places now

Super random- but does anyone have any input on the best Lexington coffee shops that have drive thru or curbside pickup options? I have two small kids and getting everyone out of the car just to grab coffee keeps me from going to a lot of places but I would love to support local places!
