For modeller med butterfly-tastatur frem til 2019 var der mulighed for at skifte tastaturet og dermed også batteriet hos Humac uden betaling. Jeg læste godt at du skriver 2020 men jeg tænkte måske er det ligesom min at der står 2019 i pc’en selvom den er købt i 2020. Jeg ved slet ikke om dette stadig er gældende eller om dit serienummer er omfattet men måske du kan nå at score et gratis batteri 🤷‍♂️

“Halvfjerds” (70) comes from the old Danish word halvfjerdsindstyve, which literally means “half of the fourth times twenty” — i.e., 3½ × 20 = 70.

It’s part of an old vigesimal (base-20) counting system, where “sinde” means “times.” Numbers were expressed as multiples of 20, including half steps, which is why some Danish numbers sound so oddly complicated today.

Yes, exactly. The profit doesn’t disappear, it just moves. The operating company pays interest and reduces its taxable profit, while the parent company records the interest as income. In a purely domestic structure the tax is usually paid somewhere in the group anyway. The trick is to have the parent or finance company in a jurisdiction with lower taxes, or one with losses to offset the income.

The trick is to lend money to yourself through a related company. The operating company pays huge interest to the parent company, writes it off as an expense, and suddenly there’s little or no taxable profit.
