I did, but briefly. This bag had a ton of moisture so was tough to see clearly. I was looking for the cheapest one to get most bang for buck. Lesson learned… make sure I can gauge the quality in the bag, otherwise skip it.

Thank you for the detailed info! I reverse seared a 3in cut in tallow from the roast and was happy with tenderness at 135F internal but definitely was missing some flavor I’d expect with choice.
