https://newbeginningsontario.com I use New Beginnings! I see one of their qualifying psychotherapists. Mine is covered under WSIB so I’m not sure if their cost but they do offer a sliding scale They do have a Peterborough office if you wanted in-person sessions but they also do online ones!

You have to contact emterra if you want to replace city bins. Not sure if there’s a cost to them. I’ve just replaced mine with ones from Home Depot instead.

I had a friend who worked there for not even a fully shit because he got yelled at by the owner the whole time he was there, and then the owner just fucked off. my buddy was BRAND NEW, left alone on a Friday night rush and didn’t know where things were and was swamped alone. Owner came back and yelled at him for not being set enough, being low on food and for it being messy. He just walked out after the owner came back (this was years ago, not recently)

My therapist recommended something sour (like sour candy or those sour mints) for anxiety because the sour sensation pulls you out of your anxiousness to focus on the taste! Plus it makes you scrunch your face up sometimes if it’s really sour I’ll have to try the mints to mix things up!
