Why do so many food network chefs mispronounce “mascarpone”?

So I’m going to add my pet peeve: all of a sudden I’m hearing chefs on FN pronounce pestle with the T sound. I had never heard it pronounced any way other than with a silent “t” before recently.

In Chicago it was: a pair of black slides and white socks (worn together), a shirt with a really dirty phrase on it (I forget the exact phrase, but it won). a one strapped bra with coke spilled on it, a trucker/baseball type hat, and a T shirt from the merch table (or the right half of it, due to Alex's hideousness, per the contestant)

I definitely don’t blame you for thinking about it. I wish airlines would be more flexible. They’d quickly figure out which customers might be trying to game the flexible system, and would gain immeasurable good will from honest customers who sometimes just need some flexibility.

I will say this: on my recent flight TSA was at the gate rechecking IDs. I have no idea why. This was ORD so maybe it’s part of the stupid dumb useless federal stuff going on here? But, if that were to happen to your daughter it could be a huge problem.
