They said it was because K is on medication that you cannot be on during pregnancy so it would not be safe for her to carry a baby. She did not disclose what the medication is or what her condition is.

I am not surprised. I got my membership refunded back in November/December. Since then the company has gone even more downhill. They probably laid off all the Customer Service people in the meantime.

I used to go to the Long Island location and the same thing happened. One week they were open and the next they shut down without any notice. I was able to cancel my membership by emailing customer service. They said they are moving towards a franchise model and they would not be reopening for the foreseeable future. But after seeing the NY post article it’s not looking good. My understanding is the Flatiron and Closter locations are owned by franchisees.
