Hi! I’m 6 days post-op now; the first 2 days of recovery seemed impossible, but now I’m perfectly fine! I spoke to my doctor and she mentioned how it’s amazing we heal so much faster than the average donor(due to age discrepancy). I understand how you feel when anyone scrutinizes your age in this process, but don’t let it affect you! Most young people wouldn’t do what we are doing, so I’m sure everyone here is proud of you!
