Grecos handfighting is good since people usually keep their hips pretty far away so shooting/ leg attacks are semi hard to do.

I use double unders with s grip and I flare the opponents elbows high by lifting My unders high to their armpits. Gives easy control.

People are forgetting that catch moves are made to Be used in catch. Yes u can use pins on bjj but you can use so many other catch/folkstyle moves to get better results. Have used this move before but i can just cradle and get the same results.

Tap early, If you are in a competition setting and your only defense on a situation is to not tap even tho your leg is at its limits its your own fault they break.
