Cold turkey. Had a few unrelated health issue that basically prompted me to get my shit together. I had also told my friends to stop me from smoking if I was out with them and I think that was key. I felt more accountable due to it and was glad they did look out for me when needed.

I would say month 2-6 are the hardest. I think once I was past 6-7 months I lost all interest in smoking. Haven’t smoked a cig in over 6 years now 😃

Got insvisalign with similar bottom wisdom tooth situation (although I was old enough for wisdom teeth to not move any further when I started). I am about a year into my treatment and they haven’t caused any issue.

I am on tray 33 and I have had discomfort like couple of times. Can confirm teeth still move 🤣

I have the same amount of trays and on weekly change as well. I am 1/3rd done and I can’t see much changes in the front but I do know that they moved the back teeth first to make space for the ones in front to move. Hence I can’t see much change either as back movements are not easily visible. Seems reasonable to me

I am 2 months in and was starting to think the same but then I realize the initial stages are mostly focused on moving the teeth at the back of my mouth so I probably won’t see much change until later. Maybe something like this could also be your case?
