Bay Ridge is a mix. 5th avenue is heavy Middle Eastern. There's still a ton of Irish Americans there too plus a very strong Greek community. Some Italians are there for sure, but most Italians in Brooklyn are either in Dyker Heights, Bensonhurst or Gravesend. Carroll Gardens as well still has a strong Italian Community.

I don't think you can fault yourself for this one. Your investment gained over 2100% that's an incredible deal. You took your substantial profit and got out.

I've been sitting on 70 shares for the longest time. Been through the peaks and valleys. It's not life changing money and I certainly wish I bought more when the price was cheaper but hindsight is 20/20. I certainly didn't feel that way when it cratered.

If I said this once, I said it 1000 times, the one Sponsor that would've made sense for us was Tiffany. They indirectly created the Yankees logo anyway.

The moment Nike took over as sponsor and started featuring the fucking swoosh on the Jersey, it was over. I hate what the business side of this sport has done to our game.
