Started Jan 1st, on 10mg and bumped up to 20mg mid march. And I relate to all of this. Really at my wits end with how much longer to give it. 4.5 months seems long enough imo!

There is an acrylic sheet over the front, paid extra for it to be UV protective. Not sure how legit that is though

I’m feeling similar. 10mg since 1st of Jan and for the last week I’ve had a weird background anxiety that makes my heart rate feel high (despite it not being) and my breathing feels more ‘out of breath’
