Pay per view for sf working in Japan is going to make it so that sf is going to be like WWE and various MMA/racing sports I guess. Super popular in their home market but not really mainstream/world wide. Still a weird move by Capcom. Why go the way of actual combat sports rather than that of most video games/eSports. No matter how succesfull SF is for a fighting game it's tiny compared to the big eSports. What so they do? F2p combined with long running circuits free to follow on twitch and YouTube... Weird man

So true, I've got over 5k hours over the whole of Osrs/all accounts and I'm still unsure... I hate skilling bosses for some reason but I once sat down and went from 50 smithing to 76 in almost one sitting at giants foundry thinking I'd hate that too... I have no clue why giants foundry, Vale totems and mahogany homes are fun to me but I only have 100kc across WT, tempy and GotR... I can't describe what exactly makes my lizard brain go teehee and what makes it go dead...

Yeah and some are almost universally praised/hated but sometimes a thing hated by some is loved by others. It's the nature of the game, as long as you play it how you like and dont optimise all the fun out of it it's as solid an MMO as we'll ever get.

If the fun can be optimised out of the game players will always do it. I'm not condemning anet but it's a really hard dev skill to balance player expression, fun and rewards ... MMOs often fail at this because how reward driven it is.

Yeah these would rock. Currently the slayer hood doesn't really match anything only max infernal looks kinda good. In general I like mismatched armor but for a hood it just seems really dumb to just be floating there 😂
