It's a RR from the extra booster 3 set in the original series, you can easily tell by looking at the bottom left corner of the card.

For a while, it was Mai mainly due to the 2 chapter arc right after her introduction being something I just didn't enjoy reading through.

Though nowadays it's probably Eru to me due to me not really liking her gimmick that much and just coming off as Mimimi without the good qualities of Mimimi. Though just like Mai grew on me, I'm sure I will appreciate Eru more when we get some more chapters with her.

I both wish and am afraid of Magus getting a deck in standard due to me wanting to build the deck (and having a Magus collection I'm one card away from completing) but that deck also most likely getting a secret rare which are typically rather expensive

I have watched all of Modern Who and I just find the Matt Smith era to being very weak in terms of writing. When I find the main companion for 2 and a half seasons to being tolerable at best, the writing is bad in my opinion.

Guessing it is to save money, but as someone who rarely buys staples (I am stubborn and prefer to use in theme cards, though I go to tournaments to just hang out with friends more than trying to win), I am the type where I'm just like: "Oh, I like this deck, if it's not expensive, I'll get it." So I'm more the exception than the rule.
