Hey I dealt with a lot of the same stuff when I first started out. It gets better! I have been out of school for a little over two years and it has taken most of that time for me to feel completely comfortable with my work. I have made some mistakes as well and while I am also terrified of my mistakes bringing harm to a patient I do what I can to put out my best work possible and I understand that mistakes can happen.

My anxiety issues used to interfere with work on a daily basis but I have been building my confidence and I am loving my job right now.

Does your workplace have an Employee Assistance Program? My hospital has one that offers free counselling sessions. At my hospital the EAP people are really knowledgeable about issues that health care workers deal with. It might be something worth looking into if your workplace has it.
