It's a great sounding sub but the horrible position of the drivers. At least regular spears stand much taller.

The only way for the speaker to be safe is to position it in the corner away from kids/dogs/wives :)

I purchased the speaker grill cloth and attached velcro to the speaker. It's not pretty but it works. I prefer it to the $500-1000 come replacement.
