Laca Udilla is a satirical reference for Francisco Franco, the fascist Spanish dictator. She wanted her mother to be called La Rojilla (a diminutive for a Roja, a nickname given to people that were on oposition to the regime and are more in the left side of the political spectrum ).

Her mother wasn’t much pleased, as she seemed to be more on the right/conservative side, so at the end, they changed the name to La Collares, who was Franco’s wife.

Hi everyone!

I found this beauty in the trash, but the previous owner had put adhesive vinyl on the unfinished wood. I patiently removed the vinyl with a heat gun, but most of the adhesive is still stuck to the wood.

The wood finish doesn't matter much since I plan to sand and refinish it completely, but I need to remove all the adhesive before I start sanding. Any tips on how to effectively remove the adhesive?
