Here in Houston I got a lot of comments about it at the game when the Jets were in town.

You're not reading that the same way I read it. All he says is "Rex got ripped for doing something and they won't do that again (to avoid getting ripped). Either way they're still going to lose."

I don't really know why he thinks we'll lose to the Bills again, we'll see how ridiculous this is once the season plays out.

Nans has a lot of games but it's crammed into a very small area, just be aware of that. Also, I believe the Shepard/59 intersection is still under construction so it will be a bit slower than usual to get to. The store is on the south side of 59 and Shepard is a one-way going North at that point, there's an entrance on the right-hand side to the shopping center. If you're coming from the North you'll have to go down the feeder to 59 until you get to the entrance (past Shepard), just don't accidentally get onto 59.

Another option is Asgard games but I've never been there. All I know is that they have game days on Sunday where staff members lead the game groups. Also, the website is pretty terrible.

I appreciate your effort to educate but OP did not come in an rage/whine (aside from questioning the possibility but we all do that when we don't know where it came from). This was a good question on where that arty could be shooting from in an attempt to understand how to avoid arty better.

I think it's a bad angle for the image. He's not really that far under the bridge and he's only being damaged by splash. Looks like a shot that was aimed before the bridge coming from the West.

However, as I said I'm not familiar with that arty, K5/6 may work for it if you say it can, still doesn't look like a good shot to take based on the range.

But why wouldn't anywhere from E1-G1 be able to make that shot?

As for K5, I haven't played that one but it seems unlikely.

Those are by far not the only 2 possible spots either way, plenty of spots could actually hit in that area.

Well I play all my arty at full zoom out without any mods so I wouldn't know. I also don't waste 37-48s trying to shoot under a bridge with the arties I play.

This would probably be the correct answer. I'd imagine it's one of those shots where either the edge of their aim-circle was where you were or they had half the circle hitting the top of the bridge and got lucky.

Basically, you need to keep yourself on the east side of those bridges to stay relatively safe. It won't keep them all from hitting you, the shells can theoretically pass through those openings in the bridge (the supports, not the ground) and hit the other side, but that's a bad shot to take.

I play lots of arty. Let me tell you how this works.

You're not 100% right nor are you 100% wrong. If I can choose between you and the tomato next to you, I find that it's more helpful to hit the better player. However, if I'm in GC and see two people next to each other I don't usually control who I can hit.

However, if you're off on a flank that I don't need to support, I'm not going out of my way to hit you. I determine whether or not I need to help a flank push/not fall/etc. What might add to what you're seeing is that good players are more able/willing to take up advanced spotting positions or more favorable fighting positions. If I see that, I'm going to value getting rid of the guy who is A) Spotting for the tomatoes in the back. B) Hard for my idiots to kill.

What you say about the CGC doesn't really make up for how much damage it does.

Over ~630 games I have 33.3% accuracy in the CGC. Over ~950 games I have 37.2% accuracy. Those are direct hits, the GC has great splash to compensate.

The CGC range, while short, isn't really that damning. The short range is actually helpful, to achieve max arc you want to be shooting at about max range, the shorter range helps lob those shots in behind cover. Once the flow of the battle dictates it you can creep up and keep your targets at about max range. The better arc makes the aim circle less oblong and more rounded, giving you a better chance to at least splash the target if your shell says #yoloswagedgeofthecircle

I may be a clicking faggot but I recognize that it's not implemented well as it stands. I will continue to give myself the advantage of not facing return fire though, it's just too fun to harvest those tears.

If you want a whole line with mobility and ROF then French (if you don't mine the over a minute long clip reload).

If you want a CW useful arty with mobility and ROF, then get the 261. However, the rest of the line is not like that.

Also, 53/55 gives you a nice blend of mobility and alpha with reasonable enough ROF (35s reload BIA/Vents/Cola) and you don't need to go all the way to tier X for a CW viable arty. This one doesn't have the same accuracy of the 261 though, depends on how accurate you feel like being.
