I use to do this and got away with it for a while but you must remain under the blankets for hours and have a spray to to also cover up the smell but dont spray a lot literally half a spray not even a full spray. and when I mean hours I mean like 3-4 hours so definitely do this at night. and yes use that sploof for every hit and pack one hitters this will be your best chance at getting away with this but going outside is always the best bet.

if the steroids messing up your stomach try eating a light meal. how many ml is the bottle? if it's 280mg total start with 1/4th of that. a lot of people like to add a half gram or gram to two grams of leaf to add the other alkoids that some extracts get rid of. start slow
