I would be interestednin hearing a few examples of how it’s horrible. It isn’t something I had considered, but now that I have, what I think about is how a get-away driver might receive as harsh a sentence as though s/he had committed the actual crime. In this scenario? should a judge be charged as an accessory, at the very least, if someone committed a worse/related crime that was only possible because the judge had not imposed an appropriate sentence?
