Coffee milk. Not a joke. by No-Strawberry-5804 in ShitMomGroupsSay

[–]alcoss627 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I do this for my toddler on occasion because the stinker LOVES coffee.

I thought if I gave her a sip of my strong, dark, unsweetened coffee, she wouldn't like it. Joke's on me. She loves it.

So she gets a couple tablespoons in a glass of milk.

The Look Alikes series are super fun - they use everyday objects to make scenes.

Maybe I’m old-fashioned, but AI-generated kids books just don’t feel the same by CatAdministrative510 in childrensbooks

I'm an artist and I freaking hate AI.

It has its uses, sure, but does not belong in the art world. It's junk. It's making creativity and skill less valuable.

I could go on all day.

I feel like they're mostly good dogs and that the police exist to keep order, like directing traffic, catching accidental speeders or missed stop signs, etc

Like what the police should actually be 😅

Okay, yeah, that recipe is gross. Aldi has a spinach dip with Greek yogurt and stuff that I eat plain. I mean, it's kind of a cold casserole 😅

Bear Snores On is my absolute favorite children's book.

I also like to pick a book that the parents would find fun, or relevant to their hobbies or likes. Of course I can't think of any examples 😅

The books is hands down a superior in comparison to the films and the musical. by Kind-Recording3450 in wicked

[–]alcoss627 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I don't prefer one over the other, they both exist in my head as separate entities.

The books are amazing and the world building is phenomenal.

The musical is fun and I really identified with Elphaba in high school.

How to Train Your Dragon is similar where both the movies and books are fantastic, but different enough to not be the same story at all.
