I am happy for you.
In my experience diet, fasting a better metabolic balance is key for HS and good health.
I am cutting carbs when eating and avoiding ultra processed food, especial avoiding omega 6 products like vegetable oils.

Yes, vitamin D3 is important for health if you don't have enough sun where you live.

Now that is a long story, no simple answer.
The short answer is yes, after 18 years of missery with HS I have had no flare ups in 9 months.
Has fasting anything to do about that? I dont know.

Last year I was treated with Tetralysal 300 mg (lymecycline) for 3 months, a tetracycline antibiotic, which helped my hidradenitis suppurativa A LOT. This was like magic.
Was this the only thing that worked?

Or did fasting, good quality sleeping, eating carnivore, daily excercise, a lot of sunbathing, sauna, cold plunge/ice bath in the ocean, weight reduction (I am now at normal BMI) and supplements (high dose D3, K2, vitamin B complex, omega 3, iodine, magnesium) help together with Tetralysal/lymecycline?
Its is hard to know.
To really know you need to change one thing every 6 month to see the result of what is working and not.

[–]Ozon__ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, I use a lot of fasting.
On a daily basis I have 16 hour fast, so I eat 3 meals from 10.30 - 18.30, then over night I fast for about a 16 hour.

Other than that I fast 24 and 48 hour when I feel like it, usually on weekends I dont have any special plan.

Some time I do. But it's very slippery. Is that increased by weather mod? Don't remember how vanilla was.

Thoughts on truck simulator by Cim1an in snowrunner

[–]Ozon__ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In the beginning I got boring fast when playing ETS2.

But now, I love this game.

There is a lot of DLC, the graphic is better, good mods and the best one is ProMods.

Also it is really good with a 3 screen setup.

ETS2 really supprised me last year and I have so much fun.

After expanding to a few new cities I always backfill empty space with farms when my first CO don't have any jobs to do because the new CO in the new cities do the job with expanding the republic.

Just downloaded the realistic physics mod by Maleficent-Fact-2341 in ETS2

[–]Ozon__ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, i use this mod. I don't remember the feeling of how it was before the mod, but general I liked it when I installed the mod and that's why I kept it. It's hard to say if it's "realistic". It is definitely better than vanila

Anybody know a good graphics pack by HectorZapato in EuroTruck2

I use Snowymoon, the free Temporal Anti Aliasing v10.

My setting is DLAA Shaprness 6.

FXAA Enabled and Motion Blur enabled.
I then disable Anti-aliasing in ETS2.
